The Datejust II was Rolex's first attempt at producing a larger Datejust, which was previously only available with a 36mm Oyster case. When it was released in 2009, the first Datejust II included a contemporary 41mm case size and a then-new calibre 3136 Perpetual movement. The original model has since been discontinued in favor of the newer model Datejust 41, making this used Rolex 116334 a prized collector's item. The case and bracelet are presented in Oystersteel, and the bezel is crafted from 18kt white gold, creating a very desirable finish that Rolex refers to as "White Rolesor". The Dark Rhodium dial complements the white metal finish beautifully and displays the time via ten brilliant-cut diamonds in white gold surrounds, for a Rolex that adds immense value to any luxury watch collection without commanding a top-tier price.
The watch comes with all papers but no box. There is heavy wear on the bracelet and lighter wear on the case that a good polish will make like new.
