How Do I Place An Order?

Customers can use the above payment methods and as soon as funds are cleared the watch will be shipped.

Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and insurance.

Customs and Duties

Crown & Crystal will charge you for the actual watch only. Shipping and all other charges (such as taxes, duties & V.A.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Usually you will have to pay these additional charges to the delivery driver or your Customs Department may bill you.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 2 day return period on all watches as long as the watch is returned in the exact condition as when the time piece was shipped. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or special circumstances regarding a potential purchase, please contact us beforehand.

Consignments

Consignments are accepted; please contact us to make arrangements.

Trades

Contact us and let us know what you have, and we will let you know if we are interested in applying your watch towards the purchase of a new piece.
